Ms. Hinckley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education at Fitchburg State College and has over 20 years experience in the field of human services. When she unemployed in 2002 she found that she did not have the computer skills necessary for the current job market..Andrea attended and graduated from the HOPE for Women program and was soon hired by a local company. She returned to HOPE in 2004 and has been working here since.
